Identify and manage contractual risk in relation to Emerson Process Management Italy contracts, in order to maximize profitability in line with corporate contracts and legal policies and other requirements.
• Review, respond to and negotiate customer contract conditions up to contract size thresholds set by Emerson Process Management Europe
• Review, respond to and negotiate third party non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements and prepare Emerson standard non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements as required
• Provide input to sales, project management and purchasing on subcontracting and assist in producing and negotiating subcontracts up to contract size thresholds set by Emerson process Management Europe
• Provide input to management and obtain necessary approvals regarding contractual risk areas identified
• Participate in the development and implementation of contracts and other commercial training for Emerson Process Management Italy, in conjunction with European Legal and Commercial Depts.
• Provide advice and guidance to Italian sales, purchasing, project management, finance and other internal customers on contractual and commercial issues
• Review, develop maintain and enforce contracting processes within Emerson Process Management Italy (in conjunction with Italian Quality and general management
